The ArrowCut Nova 330R is the full-width laser finishing line in the ArrowCut range. It takes printed roll stock up to 350mm and returns finished, slit, rewound labels — lamination, laser die cutting, matrix removal and up to seven slitting blades all running in one pass at web speeds to 30 m/min.
Because the cut is a laser, not a die, the shape lives in the file. Kiss cuts, full cuts and perforation happen without tooling, and a new label shape costs setup time rather than a die order. For a converter carrying a lot of SKUs, that removes the single biggest source of delay between a print job finishing and product shipping.
The system ships as a complete station: unwind, rewind, dual rewind, waste collection, automated web guide, black mark sensor, integrated touch screen and digital display pad, plus a computer tower, monitor and operational software. A 250W laser power upgrade is available for heavier substrates and faster cutting.
