About this product
The Hybrid Pro is the top of the Aqua 330R line: priming, CMYK and varnish on one press, in a single pass. Where a standard digital press hands finished stock to a separate coating step, this machine primes ahead of the print and varnishes behind it, so what comes off the rewind is already a finished, protected label.
The Memjet DuraFlex engine runs at up to 150 ft/min across a 324mm print width at 1600 x 1600 dpi. Water-based pigment inks keep cost per label economical and give the durability that product labels shipping into retail actually need.
Modular flexo options extend it further — primer, matt varnish, gloss varnish and cold foiling — which is where the hybrid designation earns its name: digital speed and variable data, with the analog finishes that premium brands specify. Inline and offline finishing configurations are both available.
