About this product
Full 4 ft x 8 ft cutting, straight off the flatbed printer. The CF22-1225RC-S builds on Mimaki's proven CF2 platform with a 1,220 mm x 2,500 mm (48 in x 98.4 in) effective cutting area, so print providers can move standard rigid boards directly from a flatbed printer to finishing without trimming or re-handling. It accepts oversized media up to 102 in wide and up to 20 mm thick.
The RC head's A, B and C stations run eccentric, reciprocating and tangential cutters plus creasing rollers, with up to 5,000 g of pressure for corrugated, PVC, rubber and reflective sheet. ID Cut reads printed data and sets the cut path automatically, cutting setup time and errors, while a four-zone blower vacuum holds the full sheet in place.
