About this product
The Mimaki JV330 Series is Mimaki's flagship eco-solvent roll-to-roll printer, available in two sizes: the 54" JV330-130 (53.5" max print width) and the 64" JV330-160 (63.4" max print width). Two staggered on-demand piezo printheads with 6,400 nozzles deliver print speeds up to 1,076.4 sqft/h (100 m²/h) in 4-color mode, with a minimum 3 pl ink droplet and waveform control for smooth gradations on signage, banners, vehicle wraps and window graphics.
Built for production, the JV330 adds a triple-roll media changer (mount up to three rolls and switch by handle), an integrated XY slitter for in-line X/Y sheet-fed cutting, and ink delivery via the Uninterrupted Ink Supply System (UISS) with 2L ink packs and Mimaki Bulk Ink System (MBIS) support — so long runs keep moving with minimal operator time.

- Dual staggered printheads (6,400 nozzles) — the 330 print engine with 3 pl minimum droplet, waveform control and Mimaki Weaving Dot Technology (MWDT) to suppress banding.
- Triple-roll media changer — set up to three rolls (45 kg each, 90 kg total) and rotate between jobs without re-loading.
- Integrated XY slitter — in-line X-axis and Y-axis cutting delivers finished sheets off the printer, plus a V-shape cut function.
- SS21 / SS22 / BS4 eco-solvent inks — up to 9 colors (C, M, Y, K, Lc, Lm, Lk, Orange, White); SS22 cuts odor roughly 40% and contains no GBL.
- MCTv2 ink circulation in the damper keeps white ink stable and reduces maintenance.
- UISS 2L ink packs + MBIS support for continuous, lower-cost ink supply.
- Mimaki Remote Access — check status and operate the panel from a smartphone or PC.
