UV-LED inks are a well-rounded option for interior and exterior applications. UV inks cure instantly, enabling immediate delivery, and can be printed on virtually any coated or uncoated surface. They can be used for various applications, such as wallpaper, canvas art, and tapestries. Exterior options include signage, vehicle wraps, decorative applications, and more.
UV inks are noted for excellent control of opacity, sharp contrast, superior light reflection, smear resistance, chemical resistance, quick production speeds, and image quality consistency. When exposed to a UV curing unit built into the printer, these inks dry instantly. As a result, they can be layered to create dimensional effects like 2.5D printing, or stacked to create 3-dimensional objects.
LUS-120 is the highly flexible member of the LUS family: it flexes with the substrate instead of cracking or lifting, which makes it the right choice for vinyl banners, adhesive vinyl, polyester film and selected fabrics. Supplied in 1 litre bulk bottles with ink chip, so cost per print stays low in high-volume production.
