Description
About this product
UV-curable ink cures and adheres to the media under UV radiation, so the print is already dry as it leaves the printer and a short turnaround can be met. It prints on non-absorbent materials including plastic, glass and metal, which is what opens UV up to decorating, architecture and industrial design as well as signage.
LUS-150 carries roughly 1.5 times the flexibility of a conventional UV ink. The practical payoff comes after printing: the cured film resists cracking when a sheet is die-cut, routed on a CNC or bent, so finished panels and cut shapes keep clean edges instead of chipping along the cut line.
It cures instantly under LED and finishes scratch, weather and chemical resistant, covering rigid, flexible and thermoforming surfaces. Seven colours in 1 litre bottles — the four process colours, light cyan and light magenta for smoother gradients, and white for backing graphics on clear and dark substrates.
