LUS-350 sits at the top of the LUS stretch range: elongation up to 350 per cent. Where LUS-200 handles wraps and moderate forming, LUS-350 is the one for deep-draw thermoforming — print flat, then heat and pull the sheet into shape without the image cracking, splitting or losing colour at the corners.
It cures instantly under LED and finishes scratch, weather and chemical resistant, with good opacity control, sharp contrast and smear resistance. Because it lays down cleanly in build-up layers it also suits dimensional work, including braille and tactile signage.
Six colours in 1 litre bottles: the four process colours plus white and clear. White backs graphics on clear and dark substrates; clear is the gloss and texture layer, and the one that does the work in layered and dimensional prints.
