About this product
Sb420 is Mimaki's direct dye-sublimation ink, supplied in 2-litre packs for high-volume textile production. It prints straight onto polyester fabric rather than routing through transfer paper, which removes a consumable and a process step from soft signage, apparel and home-furnishing runs.
The six-colour set builds from blue, magenta, yellow and black, with light blue and light magenta for smoother gradients and cleaner skin tones. Colours carry the "D" designation (Blue D, Magenta D and so on) that marks the direct-sublimation formulation.
Sb420 holds ECO PASSPORT certification by OEKO-TEX (certificate no. NEP 1606), which verifies the chemicals used in the dye's production — relevant when your end product is fabric that ends up next to skin.
