About this product
The Mimaki TS55-1800 is a 1.8 m (76.4") dye-sublimation transfer inkjet printer built for high-volume digital textile production. Running Mimaki's water-based Sb610 sublimation inks in 4-, 6-, 7- or 8-color configurations — including light colors and vivid fluorescent pink and yellow — it delivers production speeds up to 1,453 sqft/hr (135 m²/hr) for sports apparel, fashion, soft signage and interior fabrics.
Two factory options turn the TS55-1800 into a true around-the-clock production system: the mini jumbo roll unit feeds economical 2,500 m (8,202 ft) transfer-paper rolls to slash media changes and cost per square meter, and the 10 kg bulk ink supply unit cuts running costs and ink-change downtime compared with standard 2 L packs.

- Staggered printhead assembly printing at 480, 600 and 1,200 dpi for sharp detail at production speeds.
- Mimaki Advanced Pass System (MAPS) adds gradation at pass boundaries to eliminate banding and uneven color — usable even in high-speed mode.
- NCU / NRS nozzle safeguards — the Nozzle Check Unit detects and cleans clogged nozzles automatically, and the Nozzle Recovery System substitutes working nozzles so production continues without waiting for service.
- Sb610 dye-sublimation ink in 4, 6, 7 or 8 colors (Bl, M, Y, K, Lbl, Lm, Lk, Fy, Fp) with 2 L ink packs across 8 slots.
- Optional mini jumbo roll unit handles approx. 2,500 m rolls — up to 661 lb (300 kg) feeding and 220 lb (100 kg) winding — for long unattended runs.
- Optional 10 kg ink supply unit lowers ink cost per color and reduces changeover downtime.
