Engineered for industrial printing workflows, the Mimaki UJF-7151 Plus II UV-LED flatbed printer is the next-generation model in the world’s best-selling UJF Series line, built for high accuracy, image quality and industry-leading productivity and stability. Its 27.9 × 20.0 in (710 × 510 mm) print area takes objects up to 6 in (153 mm) thick, and load capacity has been tripled from 22 lb to 66 lb (10 kg to 30 kg) over the previous model.
Eight on-demand piezo printheads in a staggered array deliver print speeds up to 190% faster than the previous model — as many as 1,122 objects per hour in 4-color mode — at resolutions up to 1800 dpi. A 4-axis table drive with dual ball screw mechanism keeps the print surface perfectly flat for registration-critical industrial work, and the Color Gloss function, eco-friendly low-VOC GREENGUARD Gold certified UV-LED inks and MUH-100-Si metallic silver ink open up premium decorative applications.
