About this product
The Mimaki UJV55-320 is a 3.2 m (126") superwide UV-LED roll-to-roll printer built for grand-format production at an accessible price. It prints with seven LUS-120 UV ink colors — including white — at draft speeds up to 1,184 sqft/h (110 m²/h), and its instant LED curing means oversized banners, backlits and billboards come off the machine ready to finish. Simultaneous twin-roll printing runs two rolls up to 60" wide side by side, doubling throughput on narrower jobs.
It is a backlit-signage specialist: white ink layering with MCT circulation, plus a built-in 7,000K LED lightbox that illuminates the print as it emerges so you can check backlit color on the fly. Mimaki reliability tech rounds it out — the Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) detects and cleans clogged nozzles automatically while the Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) substitutes defective nozzles so production keeps running, and MAPS plus waveform-controlled round dots keep output smooth and banding-free.
