• Products that are not in stock have a handling time of 3-10 days. Please confirm with us before your purchase to ensure an accurate ETA.
  • If products are lost/damaged during shipping, Allprintheads is not responsible for exchanging or refunding them. To cover these accidental situations, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. This service covers theft, loss, and damage during shipping from the moment the order is shipped until it is delivered to you. We highly recommend adding this, especially for items like printheads, printers, and other high-value items.


What items are returnable?

  • All items can be returned within 30 days, except printheads, which must be returned within 15 days of receipt of your shipment in the original condition.
  • "Consumables and semi-consumables" items, such as dampers, filters, tubing, wipers, cappers, and printheads, cannot be returned if used or if they contain ink residues, except in case of a warranty issue.
  • You accept responsibility for proper installation. If you are not sure how to install the print head or any other spare parts, contact a trained repair technician to handle the installation. 
  • All Print Heads include a company warranty valid for 15 days from purchase. The printhead will only be replaced after our supplier evaluates the print head and confirms no defect caused by fluids used, electrical surges, or Improper Installation. Printhead warranty does not cover printheads that have been misused, altered, neglected, handled carelessly, or damaged due to improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs. All Print Heads does not take any responsibility for damages.  The RMA report issued by our supplier is final and binding to all the parties. RMA claim should include the whole installation procedure, Fluids used, Nozzle tests, and other required information. The RMA results take between 4 and 8 weeks after the parts are shipped to the facility. The customer will cover all shipping expenses for an RMA if they have not purchased return insurance.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items on sale are not returnable, except for those with a warranty issue.
  • Customers' repentance will be issued store credit or a 15% return fee upon return only.
  • Printheads are non-refundable and are eligible only for store credit. 

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • If an error occurred and an item was sent in error, the shipping charges will be covered.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the status of your refund —approval or rejection.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
  • Inks returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is waived when we make an error or a warranty issue is present.
