The ArrowJet Nova 250R is the smallest machine Arrow builds that still does the whole job. Printing and laser die cutting happen in one in-line pass on a single compact frame, so a blank roll goes in and finished, cut labels come out — no second machine, no handoff, no staging table between operations.
It prints CMYK at 1600 x 1600 dpi across a 250mm web, then cuts a 225mm-wide area at unlimited length. Full cuts, half cuts and perforation are all handled in the same process, and because the shape is laser-driven there is no tooling to order or store.
This is the machine for a brand bringing labels in-house, or a converter that wants short-run and sample work off the main line entirely. The footprint suits a production room rather than a plant floor.
