Windows run from the delivery date, not the order date. Printheads have 15 days; everything else has 30.

    Tell us about your order

    Give us your order number and the email you used, and we'll pull up the order at our end. A person reviews every request against the policy.

    On your confirmation email and packing slip.

    Printhead warranty claims only.

    If yes and approved, your label is free.

    Photographs and nozzle tests

    This form can't take attachments. Submit it, then reply to the confirmation email with your photographs and nozzle test prints. Printhead warranty claims need nozzle tests from before and after the fault, plus photographs of the installed head.

    What happens next

    After you submit

      We look up your order from the number and email you gave us, and review the request against the return policy.
    2. 02
      You get a decision within 1–2 business days — approved, declined with the reason, or a request for photographs.
    3. 03
      If approved, you get instructions — where to ship, how to pack it, and your prepaid label if you bought Return Label Included.
    4. 04
      We inspect on arrival and email you the outcome within 5 business days.
    5. 05
      Refund or store credit. Refunds post within 10 business days; store credit within 2, and it never expires.
