The EZCut 330R+ is the upgraded 330R platform — a roll-to-roll digital die cutter built for precision and repeatability rather than raw speed alone. Auto lamination, matrix removal and one-click repeat run together, so a job you cut last month goes back on the machine without rebuilding setup.
A vacuum suction table holds the web dead flat through the cut, and a digital cutting position sensor re-registers on every pass, which is what keeps tolerances tight across a long run. The automatic die-cutting head handles the shape changes; the control panel is simple enough that an operator is productive the same week.
Files move in over USB or the network in PLT format, so it drops into an existing prepress workflow without a conversion step. Built for cosmetics, beverage, chemical and other converters running frequent SKU changes where die tooling would otherwise be the bottleneck.
