Compact, automated powder application and curing for growing DTF shops. The Audley DTF-60-S is a 24″ powder shaker and dryer built for seamless in-line integration with Audley 2-head DTF printers. Its 6-tube heating system and PLC control deliver consistent powder application and curing for reliable day-in, day-out production at up to 20 m/h.
Automatic powder feeding saves time and labor, the semicircular pre-heat unit provides stable output, and the two-stage adjustable drying and heating system lets you dial in the cure for different films and powders. The built-in multi-stage air purifier — front cooling, metal mesh, activated carbon and high-performance cloth filter — captures powder dust and fumes at the source, and at 63.4″ long the unit fits through standard doorways.

Yearly filter replacement
The DTF-60-S uses a three-filter purification system — metal mesh, activated charcoal and cloth. Audley recommends replacing all three filters once a year to keep air purification and suction performance at factory spec.
