About this product
Mimaki's fastest, highest-pressure flatbed cutter, with routing support. The CFX Series is a production flatbed cutting plotter that moves at up to 1,000 mm/s with 0.7 G acceleration and applies up to 30 kg (66 lb) of tool pressure. That lets it cut and crease thick corrugated, foam board and rigid sign materials up to 54 mm (2.1 in) thick with clean, accurate results.
A multi-head carries four tools at once, covering pen/swivel, tangential, high-pressure tangential, V-cut, creasing, reciprocating and routing. Surface tracking keeps V-cuts accurate, and camera-guided backside mode lets you cut and crease from the reverse of the sheet. The tables are field-expandable: start with the CFX-2513 and add one table (CFX-2531) or two (CFX-2550) as your work grows, all running on a FineCut9 workflow.
