A new standard in UV-LED flatbed printing. The JFX220-2515 is the newest addition to the Mimaki JFX family, a wide-format flatbed that brings advanced production features into a more accessible class. Positioned between the JFX200 EX Series and the JFX600 Series, it offers an expanded 98 in x 59 in bed (a full 4 ft x 8 ft board plus room for pre-cut pieces), Mimaki texture workflows for Braille and 2.5D effects, a new full-color control panel, pop-up registration pins, an enhanced self-masking vacuum system and new eco-friendly inks including fluorescent pink and yellow.
Four staggered on-demand piezo heads in a dual-CMYK configuration deliver up to 2x the production of the previous class at 226 sq ft/hr in 4-color mode, with a 4 in (101.6 mm) media clearance that opens dimensional and specialty applications. For wayfinding and directional signage, print providers get vivid, durable output with specialty textures and finishes on plastics, woods, metals and more.
