About this product
The EZCut 350R is the step up from the 330R. It carries up to six cutting heads instead of four, and the spacing between them is set automatically by the AI control software rather than by hand — the machine works out the optimal head usage for each job and repositions itself, so a run of small labels finishes in a fraction of the passes a fixed-head cutter needs.
It also sheets. The in-line sheeting system cuts roll product to any length you need, either as part of the cutting pass or offline as a standalone operation, which removes a whole separate machine from the floor for shops that deliver both rolls and sheets.
An ultrasonic web guide keeps the material tracking straight, a CCD camera reads dot marks and number codes to change jobs automatically, and precision holds at 0.1 mm on both cutting and slitting. Lamination, matrix removal and slitting are all in the same pass.
