About this product
The Aqua 330R II is the generation-two rebuild of Arrow’s core 330R press, and the change that matters is underneath: it moves to Memjet’s DuraCore print engine. DuraCore brings nozzle redundancy, which means a blocked nozzle gets covered by its neighbours instead of putting a streak down the middle of a run and costing you the roll.
Printheads are scalable, so the press configures to the throughput you actually need rather than the one the chassis dictates. Rugged mechanics and reworked ink delivery are aimed at duty cycle — this is built to run short-to-medium jobs back to back, day after day, not to post a headline speed on a spec sheet.
Inks are water-based and food-safe, which opens up direct food contact and primary food packaging work that solvent and UV presses need extra qualification for. At $135,000 it sits between the Lite and the Hybrid Pro: real production capability without the flexo tower and the price that comes with it.
