The ArrowJet Nova 330R puts a Memjet DuraFlex press and a laser finishing line on one frame. A roll goes in blank at one end and comes off the other printed, laminated, die-cut, de-matrixed, slit and rewound — one pass, one operator, no handoff between machines.
The print engine runs pigmented aqueous CMYK at 1600 x 1600 dpi across a 324mm print area. Finishing is handled by a single 250-watt laser rather than tooling, so full cuts, half cuts, perforation, marking and scribing are all just file changes. There are no dies to cut, store, mount or repair, and a job change takes about five minutes instead of a press stop.
For a converter running short and medium runs across many SKUs, that is where the economics move. Die costs disappear, changeover stops eating the day, and the labor a second finishing station would need goes back into production. The footprint stays small enough for single-phase 220V and a normal shop floor.
