A larger CF2 for oversized boards and specialty substrates. The CF2-1218RC-S is the wide-format model in Mimaki's CF2 flatbed cutter family, with an effective cutting area of up to 70.9 in x 47.2 in for large graphics, rigid boards and full packaging layouts. It's built for production shops that need precision cutting on bigger sheets without moving to a full 4 ft x 8 ft table.
The three-station RC head combines pen/swivel, reciprocating and high-pressure tangential tools, with up to 5,000 g of cutting and creasing pressure for corrugated board, PVC, reflective sheeting, foam and industrial rubber. The patented Mimaki color photo sensor aligns contours to printed register marks for clean print-and-cut work, and a vacuum blower keeps media locked down.
