Neede a new printer head and had ordered before through Amazon! Don’t use Amazon anymore and went directly to company! Very satisfied with ease of ordering and quick shipping ! Will continue to use this company when necessary!

After two failed attempts to buy lower-priced printheads on eBay, which then did not fit my printer, I went to AllPrintHeads, and paid 40% more, after they assured me on the phone that the model they sold would work. I asked if it was returnable if it don’t and they said “not if the sealed wrap was opened”. I trusted them and ordered anyway. But it came with no sealed wrap and the Canon box had been torn open and fixed with tape. Not cool. I took off a star for that - that it obviously had been returned by someone. But it does work fine.

The Part came very fast, and I was able to complete my printing. thank you.
