The ArrowCut Nova 250R packs the functions of a much larger finishing line into a footprint that fits an office. Lamination, laser die cutting, matrix removal and slitting all run on one platform in a single pass, and the built-in fume extraction means it can sit in a production facility or a small workspace without a dedicated room.
Cutting is done by a water-cooled CO2 galvano laser rather than tooling. That eliminates die making, retooling and repair entirely, and it means kiss cuts, full cuts, perforation, etching and hatching can all happen in the same pass without stopping the machine. Job-to-job transitions are seamless because the shape lives in the file, not in a physical die.
Throughput is real: on a 100 mm round label running two across, the 250R holds roughly 22 m/min — about 6,400 labels an hour, or over 51,000 in an eight-hour shift. Pair it with any digital label printer and you have complete in-house finishing.
