Printing Instructions
For OKI 920WT and OKI 711WT: set the media type setting toLabel 1. We do not recommend this paper be printed through regular CMYK printers.
For OKI 8432WT: set the media type setting toLabel 2.
For any other printer: Start with a Heavy setting and increase to Transparency or Label if you see streaks/smearing.
Print the design on the blank side of the paper in REVERSE or other words, flip it horizontally. This can be done within the design program or printer’s settings (see your printer manual for more information).
The paper should be fed into the copier/printer with the short dimension first, ideally using a straight path bypass tray.
We recommend single-sheet feeding
Application Instructions
Heat Press Only
Prepare the heat press at365 F°.
Press the fabric first to ensure flatness and to remove any moisture; let it cool completely.
Place heat transfer paper with the image facing down in the desired position on the fabric.
Using the above-recommended temperature, press the paper with the following settings: Swing-away heat press:for15 seconds, atmedium to firm pressure Clamshell heat press:for30 seconds, atfirm pressure
After pressing, rub the back of the transfer with cloth for 15-20 seconds, and then slowly peel the paper in a smooth and consistent motion while it is still warm.
Recover transfer with silicone or parchment paper, and repress at application temperature for additional 30-40 seconds with high pressure for best overall washability.

To cover these accidental situations, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. This service will cover theft, loss, and damage during the shipping process from the moment the order is shipped and delivered to you. We highly recommend adding this, especially for items like printheads, printers, and other high-value items.
What items are returnable?
All items can be returned within 30 days with the exception of printheads which is 15 days of receipt of your shipment in the original condition.
"Consumable" items like dampers, filters, tubing, wipers, and cappers cannot be returned if used or with ink.
You accept responsibility for proper installation. If you are not sure how to install the print head or any other spare, contact a trained repair technician to do the installation.
All Print Heads provide a company warranty, which is valid only 15 days after the purchase. The printhead will only be replaced after our supplier evaluates the print head and confirms no defect caused by fluids used, electrical surges, and Improper Installation. Printhead warranty does not cover printheads that have been misused, altered, neglected, handled carelessly, or damaged due to improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs.All Print Headsdo not take any responsibility for damages. The RMA report issued by our supplier is final and binding to all parties. RMA claim should include the full installation procedure, Fluids used, Nozzle tests, and other required information. The RMA results take between 4-8 weeks after the parts are shipped to the facility. All shipping expenses for RMA will be covered by the customer.
What items are non-refundable?
Items on sale are not returnable only with the exception they have a warranty issue.
Customers' repentance will be issued a store credit only.
Printheads are not refundable and are susceptible to store credit only.
Are there any charges for return?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping charges.
If an error was made and an item was wrongly sent, then the shipping charges will be covered.
Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
All products returned have a 15% restocking fee. This fee is waived when we make an error, or a warranty issue is present.
