Graphtec FCX2000 Series Flatbed Cutting Plotter

About this product

The Graphtec FCX2000 Series is a vacuum hold-down flatbed cutting plotter built for short-run die cutting, packaging prototyping, sign making, sandblast resist and industrial marking. A dual tool head carries two tools at the same time — a cutting blade plus a creasing / scoring tool or pen — so cutting and creasing run in a single job without swapping tooling.

ARMS (Advanced Registration Mark Sensing) reads registration marks automatically for accurate contour cutting on printed sheets, with four-point compensation for skew and distortion. Barcode print & cut lets an operator scan a printed job and load the matching cut data automatically, and offline USB operation means jobs can be run straight from a thumb drive with no computer attached.

Tool 1 delivers up to 500 gf of cutting force and Tool 2 up to 1 kgf, with cutting speeds to 400 mm/sec in all directions. The improved 20 mm vacuum hole spacing (versus 30 mm on earlier models) holds small parts and thin media flat through the cut.

Three cutting widths are available: FCX2000-60VC (24" x 36"), FCX2000-120VC (47.2" x 36") and FCX2000-180VC (70.8" x 36"). All models include Graphtec Studio 2 and Cutting Master 5 software and carry a 2-year warranty.

Please note: FCX2000 VC models require a vacuum pump kit (part 59000-050), sold separately.
