Shipping and Return/Refund Policy
Shipping Policy :
- Products when not in stock, have a handling time of 3-10 days. Please confirm with us prior to your purchase for an accurate ETA time.
What items are returnable?
- All items can be returned within 15 days of receipt of your shipment in original condition.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items on sale.
- Printheads are not refundable and are susceptible to store credit only.
Are there any charges for return?
- We would charge a 15% Restocking Fee on all products that are returned without a warranty issue or by mistakes made in when the order is placed.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
- If a mistake was made and an item was wrongly sent, then the shipping charges will be cover.

- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within ten (10) business days.
- All products returned to have a 15% re-stocking fee. This fee is waived when we make an error or a quality issue is present.
