Shipping and Return/Refund Policy

Shipping Policy :

  • Products when not in stock, have a handling time of 3-5 days. Please confirm with us prior your purchase for an accurate ETA time.
  • Our shipping cost are :

                                   - Ground (3-5 days) : $19.99

                                   - Overnight (1 business day) : $59.99

                                   - International (3-10 Business Days) : $ 69.99

Note: These costs are based on packages up to 10 lbs. For high volume orders, please contact us for a quote.

What items are returnable?

  • All items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment in original condition.
  • “Consumable” items like dampers, filters, tubings, wipers, cappers if used or with ink cannot be returned.
    You accept responsibility for proper installation. If you are not sure how to install the print head or any other spare, contact a trained repair technician to do the installation. 
  • Printheads are tested by the manufacturer and are not given a warranty. For more information regarding this point, call us at +1-800-616-0584.
    This is an industry standard that applies to printheads only.

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or items on sale.

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • We would charge 15% Restocking Fee on all products that are returned without a warranty issue.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • If a mistake was made and an item was wrongly sent, then the shipping charges will be cover.

 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within ten (10) business days.
  • All products returned to have a 15% re-stocking fee. This fee is waived when we make an error or a quality issue is present.
