Shipping and Return/Refund Policy

Shipping Policy :

  • Products, when not in stock, have a handling time of 3-10 days. Please confirm with us before your purchase for an accurate ETA time.
  • If products are lost/damaged in the shipping process, Allprintheads does not take any responsibility to exchange or refund such. To cover these accidental situations, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. This service will cover theft, loss, and damage during the shipping process from the moment the order is shipped and delivered to you. We highly recommend adding this, especially for items like printheads, printers, and other high-value items.

What items are returnable?

  • All items can be returned within 15 days of receipt of your shipment in the original condition.
  • "Consumable" items like dampers, filters, tubing, wipers, cappers cannot be returned if used or with ink.
  • You accept responsibility for proper installation. If you are not sure how to install the print head or any other spare, contact a trained repair technician to do the installation. 
  • All Print Heads provide a company warranty, which is valid only 15 days after the purchase. The printhead will only be replaced after our supplier evaluates the print head and confirms no defect caused by fluids used, electrical surges, and Improper Installation. Printhead warranty does not cover printheads that have been misused, altered, neglected, handled carelessly, or damaged due to improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs. All Print Heads does not take any responsibility for damages.  The RMA report issued by our supplier is final and binding to all the parties. RMA claim should include the full installation procedure, Fluids used, Nozzle tests, and other required information. The RMA results take between 4-8 weeks after the parts are shipped to the facility. All shipping expenses for RMA will be covered by the customer.  

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items on sale.
  • Customers repentance will be issue store credit only.
  • Printheads are not refundable and are susceptible to store credit only. 

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • If an error was made and an item was wrongly sent, then the shipping charges will be covered. 

How do I return?

  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
  • All products returned to have a 15% restocking fee. This fee is waived when we make an error, or a warranty issue is present.
